I'm giving 2 stars for IF the ants don't return. I am grateful for that. But be warned- the team of guys, very polite- will turn your home upside down! Furniture must be moved and they don't put it back. They will pull your curtains into crazy knots instead of using the tie-backs, etc. and then you need to have them ironed or whatever happens to these thick permanent curtains velcroed to the wall. Which, they will separate the Velcro all the way to the ceiling, so have your ladder ready. I understand it's not good to let curtains or furniture be ruined by the spray. This really must be handled better, though. A smaller spray nozzle, perhaps? Or maybe some temporary items they can bring that will hold the curtains back from the spray. I don't know. It's not my profession. And it's not my job to figure it out. Either way, I'm telling you what they won't. Also, expect to clean. There is dirt and debris that I don't even know where it came from. They removed a lower part of our bathroom cabinet to gain access under, but left it off. They don't tell you in advance you need to leave home for 3 hours. This is also important. Maybe their service is good if you know what to expect. But I was really caught by surprise at this disaster I returned to. Really dissatisfied.
